Folding Impellers & Collapsible Blades
Folding impellers allow a manufacturer to get a large impeller in a closed container due to their unique collapsible blade design. Our 4" and 7" folding impellers can fit through a 2" NPT fitting and our 10", 12" and 14" folding mixer impellers can fit through a 6" NPT like that on an IBC Tote. Some efficiency is sacrificed in this process, but with our folding mixers, sufficient agitation can now be accomplished in areas that were otherwise inaccessible to mixing equipment.
