High efficiency hydrofoil impellers are an energy efficient alternative to traditional marine propellers. Hydrofoils offer a higher pumping capacity per horsepower than other low shear options and can be used interchangeably a variety of applications. Constructed of 316 grade stainless steel, these hydrofoil impellers provide a high level of chemical and abrasion resistance. Larger diameter hydrofoils have fins bolted to hubs to reduce risk of weld breakage in moderate viscosity applications.
